The beautiful kitchen, which has granite countertops and the best appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), is equipped with anything you would need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. The dining room table seats 8 and kitchen's bar top seats an additional 4. There is deck the length of the home on the Terrace level, a deck midway down to the Lake dock that has it's own outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating and a separate dock for the hot tub.
Entertainment
This home has just been added to our Management. The home has 2 televisions on Direct TV. The owners have agreed to add a air hockey table to the property after the first of the year.

The home directly fronts the deep waters of Lake Blue Ridge so drought or not there is plenty to do.

Winter season rates (December 2 through March 31)

Policies (these apply in most cases but vary based on length of stay and quantity of guests)
A $200 security deposit should be mailed at time of booking. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property. Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit is received. After confirming your desired dates are available (on the calendar and through email), you can click on the following link to pay your deposit by credit card through PayPal (we will pay the 2.9% PayPal fee on deposits only).
The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, cash or credit card through PayPal (PayPal charges 2.9% for this convenience)
We will give a full refund for cancellation 45 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 30-45 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the first rental day will forfeit 100% of the rental fee. There are no refunds for shortened stays. Because this property is on the market for sale, the owners of this home reserve the right to cancel reservations with 90 days notice. It is highly likely that if the owners find a buyer in this real estate market, the new owners will want to continue to rent the home for the income.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period.
SMOKING AND PETS are not permitted in our cabins. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your security deposit.
