Blue Ridge Cabin Management (BRCM) is a property management company for vacation rentals in the vicinity of Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.  BRCM is owned and operated by my wife and me, Kurt and Sheila Johnson.  We have marketed our own Georgia mountain vacation rental homes online since 2001.  In the world of vacation cabin rentals in the North Georgia Mountains, 2001 is almost the “olden days.”

Since adding two additional homes to our web site in 2007, we’ve found that the revenues of our previously listed homes increased.  We realized that with a wide variety of properties to choose from on our one site, the prospective renter becomes a “captive audience,” selecting a vacation home to rent without searching beyond our site.  Also, with each of the properties BRCM manages offered on several portals, the prospective renter has ready access to Blue Ridge Cabin Management’s offerings.

We understand that adding homes to our website that are marginally maintained or lack the amenities that are expected by our target prospect will negatively impact the perception of our available rental homes.   

We limit our participating clients to owners of exceptional rental homes with a minimum of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, at least one fireplace, a hot tub, and an area indoors or outdoors on the property for recreation.

Blue Ridge Cabin Management routinely monitors pricing of other vacation homes in the North Georgia Mountain area to insure that pricing of properties we manage remains competitive but still maximizes profits for our client owners.  We will recommend pricing for your rental calendar that will keep your vacation rental home as booked as you wish.  Sheila and I learned in the second year of managing our own homes that pushing pricing too high (as little as 10% too much) can sharply decrease overall revenues.  When you become a client of Blue Ridge Cabin Management, you will benefit from our experience – at no additional fee!
